🔍 Finding a Document
Use the search box on the results page to filter through the archive.
- How I’ve named the files: Every file starts with the date in a
YYYYMMDDformat (e.g. 20260131). This allows you to sort them chronologically using the “Sort by Meeting Date” option. - Exact Phrases: If you are looking for a specific phrase, wrap it in quotes, like “Penryn Street”.
- Committee Search: You can combine terms. For example, searching “Planning 2024” will show you all Planning Committee documents from that year.

💡 Accessibility Notes
I have made every effort to ensure these scans are high-quality, but some very old historical documents may have slight imperfections in the text recognition. If you encounter a file that is difficult to read or search, please let me know so I can look into a manual correction.
